You may not: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service; (b) use bots or scrapers; (c) upload malware or illegal content.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized access.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

NOWVA IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. Nowva is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a mental health professional or crisis service.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nowva’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Free plan: Full access to Plan/Focus, capped AI assists/month.
• Pro: Unlimited AI, MCP access. Charged monthly or annually.
• Auto-renewal: Pro subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime in Settings.
• Refunds: Not issued, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your tasks and notes. By using Nowva, you grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Nowva from claims arising from your use or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
